 How to Return a Gem parcel

will be made to achieve it.
You may take comfort in
knowing that your satisfaction is guaranteed and that
merchandise may be returned for a refund if notified within 30 days
of receipt less shipping charges.
Items must be in the original condition. Damaged or altered
merchandise as well as custom designed jewelry, mountings,
and special orders may not be returned and no returns
are accepted after 30 days.
All damage claims must be
done through the USPS or other carriers. And will have to be informed via email before you return. |
