 How to Return a Gem Parcel
Our
number one goal is your satisfaction and every effort
will be made to achieve it.
You may take comfort in
knowing that your satisfaction is guaranteed and that
merchandise may be returned for a refund if notified within 30 days
of receipt less shipping charges.
Items must be in the original condition. Damaged or altered
merchandise as well as custom designed jewelry, mountings,
and special orders may not be returned and no returns
are accepted after 30 days.
All claims for damage must be completed through the United States Postal Service or other applicable carriers.
To begin the claim, Crescent Gems must be informed by email before making the actual return.
